How is the pharma shipper carton specced?

Start from the load, then confirm against real weight and route. A pharma shipper carton is specced like any tough outer: unit count, total weight and how deep it sits in a warehouse stack set the ply. Your live band at /quote uses your actual dimensions and quantity.

Honest limit: recycled kraft is not waterproof or grease-proof, and sustained humidity weakens board over time. Store pallets off wet floors, keep them out of direct damp, and lean on ply and marks rather than expecting the bare board to shrug off water.

Batch and statutory print goes on clean faces of the shipper carton. You supply the exact text and layout: batch number, manufacturing and expiry references, storage instruction, and any handling or this-way-up marks. We print it crisply on flat outer faces so a warehouse hand can read it fast and a scanner can pick up a barcode without ink bleed or a crease running through it.
